Analyzing govtech development in Latin America
Contexto
CAF - Development Bank of Latin America has developed a Govtech Index to understand the state of the sector and make recommendations for its development and maturity at a regional level, as well as for various Latin American countries. Until now, this Index had only been applied to ecosystems at the national level. With the intention of piloting its methodology in cities, Gobe has commissioned Gobe to research and adapt the Index for two Ibero-American municipalities: Madrid (Spain) and Cordoba (Argentina).
Qué hicimos
We have carried out a research based on a process of inductive reasoning from qualitative methodologies of information extraction and analysis. From the analysis of the information and the result of the Index, Gobe has proposed a Roadmap for local governments to further articulate their govtech ecosystem.
